Marion, IN (June 29) – Beacon Credit Union is proud to support the next generation of agricultural leaders through a $1,000 donation to the Grant County 4-H Fair Association and sponsorship of the 2026 Goat Show at the Grant County Fair.
The contribution reflects Beacon’s ongoing commitment to investing in youth programs and community organizations that help develop valuable life skills. Through participation in 4-H livestock programs, young people gain hands-on experience in responsibility, animal care, leadership, and work ethic—skills that benefit them well beyond the fairgrounds.
“Supporting local youth and the organizations that help them grow is an important part of our mission,” said Andrea Lanham, Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Member Center Manager. “The dedication these young exhibitors show in caring for and preparing their animals is truly impressive, and we’re honored to play a small role in encouraging their success.”
The Grant County 4-H Fair Association provides opportunities for youth throughout the community to showcase the results of their hard work and dedication while promoting agriculture and education. Beacon’s sponsorship of the Goat Show helps ensure these opportunities remain available for future generations.
