Danielle Hicks-Appleton – Sr. Ag Loan Officer

Specializing in agricultural real estate, machinery/livestock and operating loans, Danielle works with farmers/commercial businesses to find solutions that fit their financing needs.

Danielle joined Beacon Ag Group in 2005 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Finance from Purdue University. Born and raised on a family farm in Flora, Indiana she developed a strong sense of what an agricultural lender should (and should not) be. Watching family members struggle through the early 80’s is what ultimately led Danielle to pursue a career in Agricultural Finance.

Danielle still resides on the family farm that she owns and maintains with her two sisters.  When not helping the ag community, she enjoys sports and 4-H activities with her children, Colton and Chauncie, gardening, Purdue football, music, hiking, ATV’s, and coaching softball. She is a member of Carroll County Ag Association, Treasurer for Flora Girls Softball, and Secretary for Carroll FFA Alumni.
