Marion, IN (July 14) – Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Member Center recently presented a $500 donation to the International Children’s Games program, helping support local youth as they prepare for a unique international athletic experience.
The International Children’s Games provides young athletes with the opportunity to travel abroad, compete alongside peers from around the world, and experience different cultures through sports. This year’s program will allow Grant County youth to travel to Taiwan, where they will represent their community while building lifelong memories and connections.
Beacon Credit Union is committed to supporting initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for young people and strengthen the communities it serves.
“We are thrilled to support this event,” said Andrea Lanham, Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Member Center Manager. “The opportunity for local youth to travel internationally, meet children from around the world, and participate in this experience is something that will stay with them throughout their lives. It is truly a special opportunity.”
By investing in programs like the International Children’s Games, Beacon Credit Union continues its mission of supporting educational, recreational, and developmental opportunities that positively impact local families and communities.
