Wabash, IN. (May 18, 2026) Beacon Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Cody Swainston to Ag Credit Administration Manager. In this role, Swainston oversees operational, analytical, and risk management functions within the credit union’s agricultural lending division.

Swainston brings 12 years of experience in agricultural finance, having served in a variety of roles including lender, credit analyst, and accountant. Most recently, he worked as a credit analyst at Beacon Credit Union, where he demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in agricultural lending and credit analysis.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Accountancy. Swainston resides in Columbus, Indiana, with his wife and their two sons.
