The ATM fee refunds will post to your account automatically at the end of the statement cycle.
You must have ACH deposit(s) totaling $1000 or more during statement cycle, receive eStatements, and complete at least twenty five (25) point-of-sale (POS) transactions which post to account during the statement cycle to earn the foreign surcharge fee refunds (up to $4.99 per transaction with a maximum of $15.00 per month). Foreign fee surcharge must be submitted with the appropriate ATM switch fee coding to qualify for rebate.

This means there are debit card transactions that have been authorized but have not posted to your account yet. Please remember that debit transactions can take a few days to clear your account. It varies depending on where you use your card and the system that the merchant uses to process their transactions. Some are instant while others may take more time.

Please be aware that some of the transactions you make in the final days of the month may not post in time to count towards the 25 debit card transaction minimum during that cycle.

It’s simple. Just log into online or mobile banking and select “reward status” located under your Advantage Plus account. Our easy to understand dashboard will show your progress daily.

CardSmart is a mobile banking feature that lets you control how, when, and where your debit card is used. You can Enable/Disable a debit card for use, restrict card usage to specific types of Merchants and/or Transaction Types, set Transaction Limits and restrict card use to specific geographical regions.

Log in to the Beacon Credit Union app. Tap CardSmart in the menu. This will pull up our CardSmart app in your phone’s app store. Download the CardSmart app, then go back to the Beacon Credit Union app and tap CardSmart again. This will open the CardSmart app. Enter your card information to add your card. Verify your identity.

Log in to the Beacon Credit Union app. Tap CardSmart in the menu. This will pull up our CardSmart app. Tap either “Control Preferences” or “Alert Preferences” under the card you want to set up. A list of control and alert options will appear. Tap on options within the list to customize your controls and alerts.

Yes, you simply access CardSmart through the mobile app and disable the card. Once the card has been found, you can enable it again.
