On Thursday, November 2nd, the introduction of CAPTHCA to online banking will help safeguard against suspicious traffic and help protect your accounts.  This challenge-response type test will ask end users to perform a task that a software “bot” cannot complete. While Real users should rarely encounter this CAPTCHA, it can occur. Once the user completes the captcha successfully, they can continue with their online banking session.

CAPTCHA Verification has been proven very successful in reducing unauthorized access to online accounts by adding authentication measures and diminishing the success of automated attacks. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Contact Center at (800) 762-3136.
