North Manchester, Ind. (06/13/2025) – Erika (Bailey) Guingrich has been named North Manchester Member Center Manager of Beacon Credit Union, located at 1301 Highway 114 W.
In her new role, Guingrich will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and prompt service to Beacon Credit Union’s member-owners. She will focus on fostering member center growth and enhancing membership activity, while also coaching and mentoring the staff to ensure exceptional service for Beacon’s member-owners.
Guingrich brings 13 years of banking experience in Wabash County to this position. She holds a degree in Organizational Management from Huntington University, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to support Beacon’s mission of excellence in financial services. In addition, Guingrich is passionate about community involvement, serving as a volunteer and board member for Wabash County Habitat for Humanity and Housing Action of Wabash County.
As a Wabash County native currently living in North Manchester, Guingrich is excited to serve her community in this new capacity, furthering her commitment to improving the financial well-being of those she serves.
