By becoming a BCU member, your membership will be effective upon the later of the date you make your election or the date on which the asset purchase transaction between MSSB and BCU closes. Your membership in BCU will only become effective if the transaction closes; if it does not, then your above election to become a BCU member will become null and void.

You may receive more than one Member Agreement from BCU (e.g., if you have multiple accounts with MSSB, or if you have your own account and are also an authorized representative for one or more organizational accounts). While you may sign and return every Member Agreement you receive, please note that signing and returning just a single Member Agreement will be sufficient to elect BCU member status for each account that you own or represent (in each case, to the extent the account owner is within BCU’s field of membership).
