New Look for Online and Mobile Banking

Beacon Credit Union strives to deliver an extraordinary experience every time you bank with us — whether you visit a Member Center, call our Contact Center, or by using online and mobile banking.

On October 11th, we introduced a new look and feel for online and mobile banking. While most of the improvements are on the backend to ensure we can provide our members with future value-added functionality and benefits, there are a few changes and improvements we’d like to highlight below.

What do I need to do?

Desktop Online Banking – You’ll continue to use the same log in process on beaconcu.org (your user id and password remain the same). After entering your log in information, you’ll be presented with new terms and conditions to agree to. Once that is done, you are on your way!

Mobile Banking (via the app) – you may be prompted by your phone to download the updated app or you can go into your app manager and update the app yourself. After entering your log in information, you’ll be presented with new terms and conditions to agree to. Once that is done, you are on your way!

IF YOU UTILIZE BIOMETRIC LOG IN, YOU MAY NEED TO LOG IN WITH YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD AND THEN RESET YOUR BIOMETRIC LOG IN.

  • Open accounts, set up alerts or go to your credit card login, right from the ACCOUNTS tab

  • Set up transfers, manage unlinked accounts and view all transfer activity from the TRANSFER tab

  • Pay bills on the go with the BILL PAY tab

  • Send and receive money with Zelle® with one click on the ZELLE® tab

  • eStatements can now be found under the EDOCUMENTS tab

  • Easily access your credit score on the CREDIT SENSE tab

  • View mobile deposit history under the DEPOSITS tab

  • Build a comprehensive view of all of your finances by clicking on the MY FINANCES tab

Do more within Account History

It only takes one click to order new checks, stop a payment (checking accounts only), set up alerts, or check the reward status on your Advantage Plus Checking account. You can also go right to your eStatment from any account history page.
