WABASH, Ind. (April 3, 2026) – Beacon Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Trisha Loker to Executive Vice President / Chief Growth Officer. In this expanded leadership role, Loker will oversee all lending and operational areas, including consumer, mortgage, commercial, agricultural lending, and member center services.
Loker has been a key leader across the Credit Union, previously serving as Chief Credit Officer, where she played an instrumental role in strengthening Beacon’s lending strategies and credit performance. Her promotion underscores her ability to lead diverse teams and drive growth that serves both employees and members.
As Chief Growth Officer, Loker will focus on aligning Beacon’s team members, processes, and strategy to enhance both employee engagement and member experience. She will collaborate closely with leadership across business units to develop and support the talent necessary to execute the Credit Union’s strategic mission and brand vision. Her leadership will be central to fostering a strong, healthy workplace culture that supports employees and delivers value to members throughout their entire lifecycle.
