Larson brings 12 years of banking experience to the role, with a career path that began as a teller and progressed through relationship banking before moving into leadership. She has served as a branch manager for the past seven years, gaining extensive experience in operations, member relationships, and staff mentorship.

As Member Center Manager, Larson will focus on delivering personalized financial guidance to members while fostering a supportive environment for her team. Her leadership approach centers on helping employees grow in their careers while ensuring members feel confident and cared for in their financial journeys.

Larson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Indianapolis. A Warsaw native, she is excited to return and serve the community she has long called home.
