Marion, IN (July 8) – Throughout June, Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Member Center continued its commitment to giving back by supporting several local organizations that make a positive impact in Grant County.

The Marion Member Center provided $500 donations to CASA of Grant County, the Southern Indiana Racing Association, Grant County Rescue Mission, and donated school supplies to Debra Corn Foster Care Services.

Support for CASA of Grant County helped with the organization’s Sand Art Event including sponsorship of the event and shovels for participating teams. The Marion team also contributed to the Southern Indiana Racing Association’s local go-kart racing event, helping support a family-friendly community activity.

In addition, Beacon provided support to the Grant County Rescue Mission and its efforts to serve individuals and families in need throughout the community. The Marion Member Center also partnered with Debra Corn Foster Care Services by contributing to its annual school supply drive, helping provide essential items for children preparing to return to school.

“Supporting local organizations is one of the ways we invest in the communities we serve,” said Andrea Lanham, Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Member Center Manager. “We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with groups that are making a difference in the lives of others.”
