Marion, IN (March 2) – Beacon Credit Union’s Marion Retail and Member Center proudly partnered as the Signature Sponsor of this year’s Denim & Diamonds event benefiting Carey Services.

The evening, themed Unlocking Opportunities, brought the community together in celebration and support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, young children, and their families. Guests arrived dressed in their favorite denim and finest diamonds, united by a shared purpose of opening doors to brighter futures.

Carey Services stood out to Beacon Credit Union because of its unwavering commitment to empowering individuals to live as independently as possible. By truly turning abilities into opportunities, the organization continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those it serves.

Celebrating more than 70 years of service to the community, Carey Services has built a proven track record of outstanding care. As their motto declares, “Passionate people … extraordinary care.” That dedication was evident throughout the evening as stories were shared, connections were made, and the impact of their mission came to life.

“Partnering as the Signature Sponsor of Denim & Diamonds was an incredible honor,” said Andrea Lanham, Marion Member Center Manager. “This event was truly eye-opening. Seeing firsthand the lives being changed and the opportunities being created reaffirmed why supporting Carey Services is so important to us. We had a wonderful time celebrating alongside such a passionate and dedicated community.”

The Denim & Diamonds event captured the spirit of unity and generosity that defines the Marion community. Through storytelling, connection, and a whole lot of fun, the evening showcased what’s possible when a community comes together to support one another.
