Rochester, IN (June 12) – Beacon Credit Union recently served as the venue sponsor with a donation for $1,000 for Junior Achievement Serving Cass & Fulton Counties, helping support the organization’s mission of preparing young people for success through financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship education.

Junior Achievement provides hands-on learning experiences that equip students with practical skills and real-world knowledge. Through engaging programs and activities, students gain confidence in managing finances, exploring career opportunities, and making informed decisions that will benefit them throughout their lives.

“Supporting Junior Achievement is meaningful because we are investing in the young people in our community and helping provide them with the skills they need to succeed,” said  Beacon Credit Union’s Rochester Main Street Member Center Manager, Erica Rude. “The lessons students learn through Junior Achievement have a lasting impact and help prepare them for future success.”

Beacon Credit Union is committed to supporting organizations that strengthen local communities and create opportunities for future generations. By partnering with Junior Achievement, Beacon continues its dedication to empowering youth through education and community involvement.
