Formed by a group of 75 farmers who joined together to start their own financial cooperative, Beacon Credit Union has been helping ag communities since 1931. This group’s simple vision was to provide competitive savings and dependable loan programs, particularly to farmers.

While we have remained a leader in serving the agricultural community and are very proud to be the largest agricultural lending credit union in the nation, we keep true to our promise of providing very competitive rates with the focus on the personal relationships we’ve always been known for. Born on a southwestern Indiana family farm, I’m the 5th generation to be involved in farming. I currently operate a 50+ head cow/calf operation with my wife and continue working with my family on the row crop farm. Being your local ag lender from Beacon Ag Group, I’m here to put Beacon’s 90 years of lending history along with my knowledge and service to work for you.

I’m a graduate of Vincennes University and Indiana State University. I have also worked with Knox County 4-H as a livestock superintendent. I’m also involved with our church as a youth group leader.
