To enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.

Child Evangelism Fellowship of Indiana Inc., North Central Indiana

Child Evangelism Fellowship is the world’s largest evangelistic children’s ministry. Our purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ, establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living. We moved our office to the Plymouth area and are working on establishing after school Good News Clubs. Any money would go to help fund this project.

Cultivate Food Rescue

Our vision is No Neighbor Hungry, No Food Wasted. We distribute weekend backpack meals to food insecure students across three counties and nine school districts. We also partner with 80 area food pantries to provide them with nutritious perishable food that is rescued from local food donors. Through strategic partnerships, Cultivate Food Rescue is a leader in perishable food rescue, procurement, redistribution, and education in order to meet the nutritional needs of our communities.

Kids Hope – Crossroads Church

Kids Hope, a mentor program, is a ministry of Crossroads Church. Kids Hope provides adult mentors to mentor students at Jefferson Elementary School in Plymouth. Mentors provide one-on-one time with students for one hour a week, for the entire school year.

Marshall County Neighborhood Center

The Marshall County Neighborhood Center is the local hub of resources for low-income households in Marshall County. We provide a food pantry, clothing closet, utility assistance, and holiday assistance. The Center also comes alongside our clients to offer one on one programs to help them reach goals of self-sufficiency. We believe in being a hand up, not just a hand out.

Operation: Quiet Comfort

Operation: Quiet Comfort sends care packages to our U.S. Armed Forces men and women who are deployed overseas. We ship 20-40 large boxes every month. We ship mainly hygiene items and snacks, including LOTS of coffee. We also send quilts and afghans that we hope feel like a hug from home. In each box we include many handwritten notes of appreciation and encouragement letting them know that a grateful nation truly cares, and they are not forgotten. The organization is 100% volunteer with no one being paid and we depend totally on donations. Postage cost averages $1500.00 per month.

Tyner I. O. O. F. Lodge #821

The Tyner Lodge has a mobile fish fry bus and travels around to local churches and other organizations to fry fish so they can raise money. The bus has 3 large fryer tanks and the cooking oil needs to be taken care of after each fish fry. Currently 14 times per year. Our current tank and oil cleaning process is outdated and time consuming. If we would receive any funds, they would be put towards a new oil filtration system.
