Some members are reporting receiving debit and/or credit card purchase alerts from Visa for legitimate transactions that were made in May. This appears to be a system-wide issue at Visa, not just limited to Beacon cards. This has to do with VISA alert notifications only – card transactions are working normally.
If you have concerns about a Visa purchase alert, you can call the member service number on the back of your card, but please know wait times may be long due to a high volume of calls.
