ACCOUNT CONVERSION –
IMPORTANT DATES AND ITEMS TO CONSIDER
BEFORE JULY 25TH
- Open a Beacon Credit Union Membership Account by visiting beaconcu.org/opt-in or at one of our member centers
- Download or print any bill payment system history or information prior to July 10th
- Bill Pay transactions must be scheduled for payment on or prior to July 10th (3PM)
- Mobile Check Deposit will be available until July 10th (3PM)
- Download eStatements prior to July 25th
- Activate new Beacon Debit Card prior to July 25th to begin using your new Beacon card after 5pm on July 25th
AFTER JULY 28th
- Sign-up for your Beacon Credit Union Online/Mobile Banking access by visiting beaconcu.org or through the Beacon Credit Union mobile app
- Activate your debit card controls via CardSmart within Online or Mobile Banking
- Enroll in Beacon Credit Union eStatements after you receive your first printed Beacon Credit Union Account Statement
- Update any automatic (ACH) credit (deposits) or debit (payments) by providing them with Beacon Credit Union’s routing number (274976151)

Our primary focus is ensuring that as member-owners, you have everything you need for a successful financial journey.
Rest assured; your existing MSSB accounts will not be immediately impacted. You’ll continue to use your current account numbers, debit cards, and digital banking login information until the data conversion is complete later this summer.

If you haven’t executed your Member Agreement as of yet, please click the appropriate link below.
You may receive more than one Member Agreement from BCU (e.g., if you have multiple accounts with MSSB, or if you have your own account and are also an authorized representative for one or more organizational accounts). While you may sign and return every Member Agreement you receive, please note that signing and returning just a single Member Agreement will be sufficient to elect BCU member status for each account that you own or represent (in each case, to the extent the account owner is within BCU’s field of membership).

Telephone Banking:
You can access your MSSB telephone banking option if you like to conduct your banking transactions by telephone. You can either speak to one of our friendly voices or use our automated service to check your account balance, transfer money, pay bills, and make payments. Our automated telephone banking service is available to you 24/7, just call (888) 329-2015.
Debit Card Help:
If your debit card is lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible by calling any of the branch numbers below. If we aren’t notified in a timely manner, we may not be able to refund fraudulent charges. If it’s after normal business hours, please call our special debit card hotline at 800-472-3272.
If you will be traveling outside of the United States, your Debit Card will need to be “unblocked” to allow those out of country purchases. You can call any of our branches below to discuss your travel plans and make sure your Debit Card continues to work.
