We offer a 15 year fixed rate and a 5 year Adjustable Rate Farm Real Estate Mortgage amortized over 25 years. Both mortgages are offered at 65% loan to value.
Beacon Credit Union also offers intermediate term financing needs on farm machinery and equipment purchases. We also offer the ever popular fixed rate operating line of credit. We offer a variety of flexible repayment plans including monthly, quarterly and semi-annual amortized plans, as well as annual principal reduction plans.
